This collection of bedtime – or anytime – stories, songs and poems are for humans who want to read to the creature companions they know and love. It is for little human creatures still learning how to read, and it is for those who can’t remember when they last found the time to read! Interspecies love and family are a deeply special set of relationships, as visible in the insta account of Raj, Sim and Poppins. Some of us, such as chaosinacoupe – have had the privilege and blessing of experiencing these in our lives through, most often, the dog and cat.
These stories are for those creatures who are tribe with us creatures. They are from the heart and soul of the 7 year old, the 75 year old, the half sister, the kid brother, the fur father, the mamma, the nana, the dadi and the baby.
Tribe finds us. Our creature companions are tribe too.
